001-3: Gauntlet Testing Pending

grammar_find_errors at v1.2 needs to run through the Gauntlet (Pass 1 → Pass 2 → Regression) to be hardened.

001-4: Decomposition May Have Drifted

Overnight process focused on Python CLI implementation instead of element specs. Need to review and possibly refocus.

Project Tracking System New

Just implemented - all work now requires project ID. Watch for adoption.

✅ Recent Accomplishments

Element Development Protocol v2.0 — Complete process for building and hardening elements with THE GAUNTLET (2 passes × 10 tests × 100%)

grammar_find_errors v1.2 — First skill element defined with 6 options: language variants, modes, dialogue/code/proper noun/complex syntax detection

Decomposition Overnight — 7 red-team runs, 54 issues found, 49 fixed, v0.7 strategy document produced

Project Tracking System — PROJECTS.md + MEMORY.md established. All work now tagged with project IDs.

Cloudflare Pages Setup — Private dashboard now deploying to adam-views.pages.dev

💡 My Recommendations

1. Run the Gauntlet on grammar_find_errors
This will prove out the testing protocol and give us a fully hardened element to build on.

2. Review Decomposition Output
The overnight work drifted toward implementation. Decide: keep the Python CLI direction, or refocus on pure element specs?

3. Define "Defined Need" Element Next
After Skills, input specifications are the foundation. This unlocks Task and Routing elements.
